About the role

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment, supporting the team with day-to-day production, order preparation, warehouse and dispatch activities.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting the production team with daily tasks
- Preparing, packing and checking customer orders
- Performing general warehouse duties
- Moving and organising stock and materials
- Assisting with production and order preparation
- Assisting with dispatch and deliveries
- Using basic computer systems for production and dispatch tasks




- Using the StarTrack booking portal, where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work setting
- Following workplace safety procedures

About you

- Reliable, punctual and committed to their work
- Positive and willing to learn
- Practical and hands-on
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform general warehouse and production duties
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting items of approximately 10 kg
- Has strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
