CBRE Development & Infrastructure is growing its Program, Project & Controls team and we're seeking Manager and Advisor level professionals to support a landmark precinct program delivering complex, multi-stage residential outcomes.
Working alongside senior industry leaders and major stakeholders, you'll play a key role in program governance, controls, reporting, risk management and integrated delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
The Opportunity
We are hiring across two levels:
Manager (circa 10 years' experience)
- Lead program controls and governance workstreams
- Manage reporting, risk and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor team members and build client relationships
- Drive delivery outcomes across a complex program setting
Advisor (5-7 years' experience)
- Support governance, controls and reporting activities
- Contribute to program reporting and client deliverables
- Assist with risk, issue and performance tracking
- Work closely with experienced program leaders
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver program controls, governance and reporting frameworks
- Maintain risk, issue and opportunity registers
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Prepare reports and insights for senior client audiences
- Support integrated delivery across design, commercial and construction teams
- Contribute to the successful mobilisation and ongoing operation of a major program
About you
You'll bring experience from major development, infrastructure, precinct, construction or project delivery environments, along with:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, architecture, quantity surveying, or related discipline.
- Experience working within or supporting complex program governance and controls frameworks on residential or mixed-use precinct programs.
- Familiarity with integrated delivery structures and interface management across concurrent design and construction contracts.
- Client-side, owner's representative, or integrated project delivery experience on programs of comparable scale and complexity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and correspondence for senior audiences.
