Your new role
As a Project Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support across multiple projects, working closely with Project Managers and broader project teams. This is a varied role that combines project support, procurement coordination, document control and general administration.
Key responsibilities include
- Maintaining project schedules, risk registers, action registers and project tracking information
- Preparing project documentation, reports, plans, templates, correspondence and invoices
- Coordinating meeting agendas and minutes
- Supporting project setup and closure activities
- Maintaining project information within systems such as SharePoint, Jira and other project management platforms
- Assisting with procurement activities including supplier onboarding, sourcing quotations and purchase order management
- Supporting finance administration, including coding and reconciliation activities
- Managing document control processes, data transfers, archiving and compliance requirements
- Coordinating travel,
freight and other project-related administrative requirements
- Assisting with tender submissions and continuous process improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed Tobe considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Strong administrative capability with the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills to support a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and supporting communication between administrative and accounts functions.
- Ability to take ownership of administrative workflows and provide leadership within the admin team when required.
- Proficiency in using business systems and other administrative tools.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document control, data entry, and system maintenance.
- Capability to coordinate internal training, maintain documentation, and support broader administrative requirements.
- Flexibility to provide backup support across Reception, Accounts Payable, and general office administration as needed.
