We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Administrator to join our team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of customer projects and orders. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Coordinating and administering customer projects from order through to delivery

- Preparing quotations, purchase orders, sales orders and project documentation

- Liaising with customers, suppliers, freight companies and internal teams

- Following up supplier orders and delivery schedules

- Monitoring project timelines and outstanding requirements

- Assisting with procurement and sourcing of pipes, valves, fittings and related products

- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

- Preparing invoices, delivery documentation and other project paperwork

- Assisting the sales team with customer enquiries and follow-ups

- Coordinating freight and deliveries as required

- Supporting the wider team with general administration and project coordination

- Project tracking – IIR & MRCGO Sell (SalesForce)

What you bring:

- Previous experience in project administration, sales administration,



purchasing or a similar role

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

- Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers

- Positive computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
