About the Role

The Boilermaker will be responsible for the fabrication, welding, and assembly of structural steel components for commercial and industrial projects. You will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high‑quality workmanship that meets Australian Standards and WHS requirements.

Key duties include:

- Fabricating and assembling structural steel components

- Performing MIG,



TIG and Stick welding to industry standards

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans

- Operating workshop machinery including cutters, grinders, and presses

- Ensuring all work complies with WHS and Australian Standards

- Working independently and meeting project deadlines

Essential Skills & Criteria

- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker)

- Strong welding competency (MIG/TIG/Stick)

- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

- Experience with structural steel fabrication

- High attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual and able to meet project deadlines
