Are you an organised, proactive and detail-focused Project Coordinator looking to join one of Australia's leading security and technology providers?

ARA Security is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of electronic security projects across a diverse range of commercial, government, healthcare, education and critical infrastructure clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating projects from commencement through to completion, working alongside project managers, technicians, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate project administration activities from project kick-off through to completion

- Assist with scheduling resources, labour and subcontractors

- Manage project documentation, compliance records and reporting

- Track project progress, milestones and deliverables

- Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing and variation requests

- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders

- Support project managers with financial tracking and job cost management

- Ensure project files and records are maintained accurately

- Assist with contractor onboarding and compliance requirements

- Help drive quality, safety and operational excellence across all projects

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role





- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability

- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

- Solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Teams

- Experience working within construction, security, fire, technology or service-based industries will be highly regarded
- A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of outcomes
