Role Description

We are seeking highly organized, analytical, and commercially minded professionals to support project management and corporate strategy initiatives. The role involves coordinating strategic projects, analyzing business performance, supporting strategic planning, and translating business objectives into actionable initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholders; conducting market and competitive analysis; preparing business cases, management reports, and strategic presentations; analyzing operational and financial data; identifying business opportunities and improvement areas; and supporting the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and strategic priorities are executed successfully.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of project management, business strategy,



financial analysis, and organizational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies, planning tools, or business analysis frameworks is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Commercial awareness, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
