Role Description

- The Project Management Cadet role is a full-time, entry-level position based in Brisbane, QLD. This role supports project managers with the coordination and delivery of retail construction projects, including scheduling, documentation, and site-based activities. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project planning, tracking progress against timelines, and communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.

The cadet will help prepare reports,



update project records, and participate in site meetings and inspections to learn construction processes and compliance requirements. The role is designed to provide structured, practical experience and mentoring to build capability in project management within the construction industry.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with project teams and clients.

- Willingness to learn from structured training and feedback.

- Interest in or exposure to construction or project management; formal study in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow project plans and instructions.
