With a highly experienced executive leadership team, long-term client relationships and a very healthy pipeline of projects for 2027 and beyond, they are seeking a Project Managerto join their growing team based in Milton.

The main focus of the role is to take the lead on commercial build projects in the $1-20m range. Projects are delivered on both a Design and Construct and and Construct only basis.

Projects include

- Fast food / drive thru restaurants
- Industrial developments
- Education projects
- Other private commercial projects

Key Responsibilities

- Leading project teams made of 1 x Site Manager and 1 x CA
- Overall fiscal responsibility on projects
- Mentoring and coaching the Contract Administration team
- Chairing PCG meetings
- Working closely with Site Managers to ensure technical challenges are met

About You We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

- Proven track record delivering commercial projects in the $1-20m range as a PM
- Background as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry
- Proficiency with Procore (preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and subcontract administration




- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
