Project Manager – Industrial Construction

4-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Potential Permanent Opportunity An established construction and property development company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the final stages and close-out of a major industrial project. Working on site five days per week, you will work closely with an experienced Construction Manager and the broader project team to drive the remaining works through to completion and secure the Occupation Certificate.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the completion and close-out of outstanding defects

- Coordinate the remaining public domain works

- Oversee outstanding sewer and associated civil works

- Drive the project through to completion and obtain the Occupation Certificate

- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and relevant authorities

- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and compliance

- Manage project documentation, approvals and final handover requirements

- Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve outstanding site issues

About you





- Approximately five years’ Project Management experience

- Strong industrial construction background

- Civil construction experience will be highly regarded

- Experience delivering projects through completion and close-out

- Solid subcontractor, consultant and stakeholder management skills

- Sound knowledge of defects, authority approvals and Occupation Certificates

- Available to start immediately

- Able to work on site five days per week
