Oly Homes is one of Queensland's leading modular home builders. For more than 50 years we've been designing, manufacturing and installing homes across metropolitan, regional and remote Queensland — from family homes and workforce accommodation through to government, council and community developments.

We're growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery team.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you'll manage the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of projects — owning the programme, the budget, the paperwork and the client relationship on every job you're given.

Day to day, you will:

· Manage assigned projects from contract award through installation, practical completion and handover

· Maintain project programmes and keep factory, installation and client dates aligned

· Track budgets and costs, and prepare variations, progress claims and supporting documentation

· Administer contracts and project correspondence accurately and on time

· Be the day-to-day contact for clients, including councils, DHA, QBuild and private developers

· Coordinate with our Installation & Maintenance Lead on install scheduling, transport and site access

· Track approvals, certifications and consultant deliverables, and chase down bottlenecks





· Keep project records current in Buildern and AgilePlace, and report status and risks weekly

About you

· Experience in construction contract administration, project management, pre-construction or a related technical role

· Sound documentation skills and genuine attention to detail

· Practical commercial understanding — budgets, variations, claims and cost tracking

· Able to juggle several concurrent projects and competing priorities

· Clear, confident communicator with clients, trades and internal teams

· Working knowledge of relevant building codes, standards and construction contracts

· Current driver's licence and happy to travel to sites, including regional and remote locations
