Security/Office Build Project Manager usd$600p/day (doesn't include SUPER)

About the role An experienced Security / Office Build Project Manager to lead the delivery of physical security systems across new office and facility builds in the APAC region. The Project Manager will own the complete project lifecycle from inception through operational handover and will be comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Manage security project schedules, budgets, and vendor/contract coordination for office build projects, including RFPs, proposals, and change orders
- Lead the integration bid process, from documentation and RFIs through to vendor selection and award
- Attend site kickoffs and assess design/engineering requirements, security risks, and site-specific needs
- Oversee design consultants and ensure contract documentation aligns with business and security requirements
- Lead construction administration — coordination meetings, submittals/RFIs,



and liaison with the General Contractor
- Oversee on-site acceptance testing, commissioning, and punch list sign-off (including international travel as required)
- Manage closeout documentation and operational handover/training with regional stakeholders
- Support QA/QC - maintaining standards, vendor KPIs, and process documentation

About you

- 5–7+ years' project management experience, ideally in security, design or construction
- PMP, CAPM, PSP, CPP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with enterprise-scale corporate real estate/security deployments (Access Control, Video Surveillance, Visitor Management, Integrated Security Platforms)
- Robust vendor, budget, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable interpreting design/construction documents and working in active construction environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Revit/AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, or similar
