You will lead the delivery of high-end Class 2 residential apartment projects, working with an experienced team and key project stakeholders to achieve quality, programme, safety and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of high-end residential apartment projects, ensuring programme, quality, safety and budget objectives are achieved.

Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and support Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Contract & Commercial Management: Manage budgets, procurement, subcontractor packages, variations and contract administration to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

Project Planning:



Monitor construction programmes, manage project sequencing and identify potential delays and risks to maintain project momentum.

Quality & Safety: Drive QA/QC systems and ensure WHS requirements and project standards are maintained throughout construction.

Risk Management: Identify project risks early and implement practical strategies to minimise delays, cost impacts and quality issues.

Skills Required

- Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, WHS and contracts
- Experience managing programmes, budgets, procurement and variations
- Procore, Aconex or similar construction software experience
