The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Sydney-based Fit Out & Refurbishment division.

Led by senior construction professionals from leading mid-tier and top-tier builders, our team delivers complex, high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors and asset classes.

You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish
- Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, and cost control
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Manage project risk, variations, and reporting
- Ensure delivery across safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead and support project teams to successful delivery

About You

- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit out and/or refurbishment projects
- Solid understanding of construction delivery, contracts, and documentation
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
- Commercially aware, organised, and solutions-focused
