Project Manager | Landmark Residential & Mixed-Use Projects ($100M–$400M)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing business and help shape, secure and deliver major residential and mixed-use projects valued between $100M and $400M.

Unlike a traditional Project Manager role, you'll become involved early -working with our leadership team to help convert opportunities into secured projects before leading delivery through to completion.

Working across both our own developments and projects for external clients, you'll have genuine end-to-end ownership while delivering landmark projects located across Sydney's CBD and inner-city precincts.

The Opportunity

As Project Manager,



you'll play a key role in both winning and delivering work.

From supporting bids, delivery strategies and client engagement through to procurement, construction and handover, you'll take ownership of projects from opportunity through to completion.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, clients, consultants and site teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, commercially and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Help convert project opportunities into secured work through planning, client engagement and delivery strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential and mixed-use developments valued between $100M and $400M.
- Develop and manage project programmes, procurement strategies and commercial outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Site Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Administrators and project teams.
- Coordinate consultants, specialist businesses and external trade partners to achieve seamless project delivery.
- Manage project risk, quality, safety and programme performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

About You





You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a track record delivering major residential or mixed-use developments.

You'll bring

- Experience delivering projects valued between $100M and $400M.
- Strong commercial, contractual and programme management capability.
- The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build trusted client relationships.
- A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach and a genuine desire to influence projects from inception through to completion.
