Vine Civil is a Melbourne-based civil construction company delivering high-quality infrastructure projects for local councils, commercial builders and developers. Our work includes roads, drainage, concrete, landscaping, streetscapes, parks and public infrastructure.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, building strong client relationships and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing multiple civil construction projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing projects from commencement through to practical completion

- Preparing and monitoring project programs

- Managing project budgets, forecasting and cost control

- Procuring subcontractors, plant and materials

- Leading site teams, supervisors and subcontractors

- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers

- Managing contract administration, variations and progress claims

- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements





- Monitoring project performance and reporting to senior management

- Identifying risks and implementing practical solutions

About You

You'll be someone who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys delivering quality work.

Ideally you'll have

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in civil construction

- Experience delivering local government or commercial civil projects

- Solid understanding of drainage, concrete, roads and civil infrastructure

- Excellent commercial and financial management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- High level of organisation and attention to detail

- Construction White Card

- Current Driver Licence
