The Role
- Managing and converting qualified project enquiries
- Conducting presentations and appointments with prospective purchasers
- Building strong relationships with buyers and guiding them through the purchasing process
- Proactively following up leads and maintaining database engagement
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Delivering a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey
About You You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in off the plan residential project sales or a strong residential real estate sales background
- A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing capability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and disciplined approach to lead follow up
- The resilience and drive required in a competitive sales workplace
