The opportunity

We're seeking applications from Project Schedulers to support a Defence network uplift program in Canberra. You will own schedule integrity across Capability Drops, building and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule, driving Integrated Baseline Review readiness, and keeping capability realisation timelines defensible at every governance forum.

What you'll do

- Develop and mature a Capability Management-focused Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Map project outputs to CM Requirements and benefits realisation timelines
- Maintain schedule integrity and currency through risk-informed updates
- Identify, document and track schedule-related risks
- Provide schedule artefacts and representation to support Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) execution
- Produce and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)




- Perform schedule assurance reviews and provide findings on schedule alignment
- Participate in governance forums, including Program Steering Group and IPT

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules on complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Experience preparing for and supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR)
- Strong schedule assurance and risk-informed scheduling background
- Prior Defence capability or acquisition scheduling experience
