Role Description This part time remote Project / Scrum Master role at Círculo Creativo del Perú focuses on facilitating agile delivery for creative and technology projects. The professional in this role will guide sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams stay aligned with goals and timelines.

Responsibilities include managing the product backlog, refining user stories, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement in team processes. The Project / Scrum Master will collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, track progress, report on project status, and support coordination between creative and software development contributors. This role also involves coaching team members on agile best practices and maintaining clear, timely communication across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sprint Planning skills and a solid understanding of agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify risks,



and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience working with User Stories, including writing, refining, and prioritizing backlog items.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development processes, tools, and life cycles to align project execution with technical constraints.
- Candidates should possess proven ability to facilitate meetings, manage time and priorities, and maintain a structured yet flexible workflow.
- Candidates should possess experience using project management or agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and working in remote, distributed teams.
- Candidates should possess a background in project management, computer science, design, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner) are beneficial.
