This role offers the opportunity to work within a skilled, supportive and systems-driven Property Management team in Narrandera/Leeton.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

The role includes

- managing landlord and tenant communication
- maintenance coordination
- lease renewals and tenancy management
- arrears follow-up
- compliance management
- vacates and leasing coordination
- maintaining accurate PropertyMe records

You will work closely with our wider Property Management team and receive support, training and structured procedures.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Preferred Experience

We would love someone with Property Management experience, however we are also open to applicants who are:

- new to the industry
- currently studying real estate
- looking for a long-term career pathway
- motivated to learn

Requirements

- NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
- current driver’s licence
