The Position

- Working in the Property Management team with a very well maintained and manageable portfolio based around Coogee, Fremantle, Yangebup & Applecross areas.

- Showing potential tenants through properties and processing lease applications

- No routines or PCR's (outsourced)

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The Criteria

- Previous experience with your own portfolio is essential

- Current PM Registration, drivers license and own vehicle.

- Attitude is everything, a real team player





- IT savy to navigate yourself around systems & streamline processes
