The role

- Manage a residential portfolio of 175 plus properties
- Have a real connection with your owner and renters
- Inspections, maintenance, arrears, renewals and compliance
- Work From Home provided

What you need

- Ideally 2+ years years managing a residential portfolio
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Solid communicator, calm under pressure, team first attitude

What you get

- Salary range between $75-85k+Super (dep on experience)
- Monday to Friday with work from home flexibility 1 day a week
- 1 in 7 Saturdays
