About the role

As part of continued growth, you'll take on the end to end management of a residential property portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver exceptional service and maintain properties to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections, property condition reports, and final bond inspections
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent collection, and arrears
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally

About you

- WA Property Manager Registration (essential)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, REBA, and REIWA Code of Ethics
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management




- Confident using property management software and up-to-date tech tools
- Knowledge of the Geraldton area is an advantage
