The Opportunity

- Take ownership of a clean and well-maintained portfolio of 70 properties
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews and day-to-day portfolio needs
- Provide support across the wider PM team when required

You’ll ideally have:





- 1–2 years’ Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR) or NSW Real Estate Licence
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A professional, proactive and approachable personality
