Professionals First & Co. has an opening for a Property Manager to join our rentals team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in property to join our friendly rental team.

The role will include but not be limited to:

- Manage your owner small portfolio end to end

- Organise and manage property repairs and maintenance

- Conduct arrears management processes daily

- Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants

- Property ingoing, outgoing

- Provide excellent communication to all clients





- Manage VCAT case

- Leasing and Filing

- Other ad hoc tasks from the manager

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:

- Have a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude

- More than 1 year of property management experience

- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and building solid relationships, ensuring high level of customer service needs are met

- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry preferred

- High attention to detail for processes and procedures

- Current driver's license and own a car

- Current agent representative certificate

- Commercial property management experience and Mandarin skills are a plus

On top of the salary package there is an opportunity for commission and an included car allowance allocation.
