The Role:

- Manage a quality portfolio of approximately 100 properties
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage rent reviews, increases and lease renewals
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio management and maintenance
- Work alongside a dedicated leasing support team

The Person:





- Previous property management experience is essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
