We’re working with a highly established and successful real estate group in the St George area that is looking for a confident Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a genuinely well-supported role where you can focus on managing your portfolio, building strong client relationships and delivering great service — without being pulled in every direction.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships
- Handle arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- Issue notices and breaches as required
- Monitor tenant accounts
- Conduct onsite meetings with owners and tenants when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant, Support with inspections, Shared PM Administrator and Receptionist for support!

About You

- Previous Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Property Tree experience is advantageous
