We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Perth property group for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential and commercial portfolio. Full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

The Role

You'll manage a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties, handling residential tenancies end-to-end and administering commercial leases, including rent reviews, options and critical dates. Regular inspections, contractor coordination and accurate record-keeping are all part of the role. You'll have administration, accounts and experienced management behind you.

About You

- Current WA Property Management Registration.
- At least 3 years' residential property management experience, with genuine commercial exposure or lease administration experience.
- Strong working knowledge of WA tenancy and real estate requirements.




- Experience with Property Tree, PropertyMe or similar, and an inspection platform such as Inspection Express.
- Confident, professional communication with owners, tenants and contractors.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
