Looking for a Property Management role with a bit more variety?

We’re seeking a Property Manager to join a qualified and supportive team, managing a residential portfolio while also taking on a portion of building management responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the day-to-day PM responsibilities but also likes being hands-on, dealing with contractors and helping keep a building running smoothly.

The Role

- Manage a residential portfolio
- Oversee day-to-day property management responsibilities
- Manage maintenance, repairs and contractor communication
- Coordinate building access and common area works
- Handle FOB programming and access requirements
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and trades
- Conduct routine inspections
- Process applications, ingoings and outgoings
- Manage arrears and general compliance
- Assist with general building management functions

About You
- 1–3 years of Property Management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills




- Confident building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Comfortable dealing with contractors and trades
- Proactive, reliable and hands-on
- Eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Current driver’s licence

What’s On Offer
- $75,000–$80,000 + Super
- Monday–Friday
- No weekend work
