We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential and commercial portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Building relationships with rental providers, renters, commercial tenants and contractors
- Conducting inspections and preparing condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Managing lease documentation, vacancies and compliance
- Resolving tenancy matters and attending VCAT when required
About you
- At least two years' residential and commercial property management experience
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Property Services
- Current Victorian Agent's Representative registration
- Strong knowledge of Victorian property legislation
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Current Victorian driver licence and National Police Check
