A Week In This Role

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five current clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.

That is the job.

The One Condition

There is not one. But this only works if you are the right person:

- Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
- Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
