We’re looking for a detail-focused and curious QA Analyst to help ensure our products are reliable, intuitive, and ready for users. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys finding issues, thinking through different scenarios, and working closely with development teams to improve product quality.

? Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases for web and software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to investigate issues.
- Validate fixes and ensure defects are properly resolved.
- Review requirements and identify potential quality risks.
- Maintain testing documentation, test results, and QA reports.
- Support continuous improvements to testing processes and workflows.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of software testing and QA principles.
- Familiarity with test cases,



bug tracking, and defect life cycles.
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
- Ability to think creatively about edge cases and unexpected user behavior.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, SQL, or databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, or similar platforms is helpful.
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a software quality environment.
