- Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and user scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, reproduce, and document software defects with clear steps and evidence.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to investigate reported issues.
- Retest fixes and verify that defects are resolved correctly.
- Review requirements and identify potential quality risks before implementation.
- Maintain test plans, test results, defect records, and QA documentation.
- Support improvements to testing processes, workflows, and release quality.
