Mulgrave Country Club is seeking an experienced and skilled Qualified Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals for our club members and guests. This is a casual position based at our club in Wheelers Hill.

What you'll be doing:

- Preparing a variety of delicious and visually appealing dishes from our diverse menu

- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene

- Collaborating with the Kitchen Management Team to ensure efficient kitchen operations

- Contributing to the development and implementation of new menu items

- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Qualified Chef in a similar culinary role

- Strong working knowledge of food safety

- Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality meals

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience
