As a Qualified Arborist, you’ll be a key team member across a range of high-level arboricultural works, representing IVM’s values in everything you do. You’ll have the backing of an experienced management team, the tools to do the job right, and real room to grow with the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Undertaking a range of residential, commercial, government and contract works
- Reporting to management on job progress, team performance, and site conditions
- Ensuring full compliance with safety standards and quality assurance procedures
- Maintaining and caring for company machinery and equipment
- Upholding a positive, qualified team culture on and off the job site
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Arboriculture (minimum) — Certificate IV or higher highly regarded
- Proven industry experience as an arborist
- Strong working knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices
- A valid manual driver’s licence (MR/HR advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to lead people
- Someone who takes pride in their work and brings the right attitude every day
