We’re looking for motivated full-time Qualified Refrigeration Technicians, qualified HVAC Mechanical Plumbers, and 3rd & 4th year Apprenticesto join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting residential HVAC installations including Ducted Reverse Cycle and Multi-head Split Systems under government rebate programs, with opportunities for leadership responsibilities for senior apprentices.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with the installation of ducted, multi-split, VRF multi, and single split AC systems — all residential jobs.
- Maintain van stock and materials (apprentice responsibility).
- Keep worksites clean and safe.
- Step up to lead a small installation team when the lead plumber is on leave (for qualified and 3rd/4th year apprentices).
- Attend service calls as required.
- Log jobs via our digital portal.
- Complete OHS documentation.
- Liaise professionally with customers on-site.
- Attend weekly meetings at our Springvale office (other days go directly to job sites).

What You’ll Bring

- You must be a Qualified Refrigeration Technician, qualified HVAC Mechanical Plumber, or a 3rd & 4th year Apprentice.
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems (ducted, VRF, multi, and single splits).




- Your own tools and willingness to use them.
- Fault-finding skills (preferred).
- Manual driver’s licence (preferred).
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and White Card.
- EWP Licence (preferred).
- Punctual, honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
