We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance function and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality products and services. This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional with strong leadership, analytical, testing, and process improvement skills.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team and daily QA activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, standards, and processes.
- Establish testing methodologies, quality metrics, and performance targets.
- Oversee manual and automated testing activities across the software development lifecycle.
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Monitor product quality and identify risks, defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Project Management teams.
- Lead defect management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Improve test automation coverage, testing efficiency, and QA workflows.
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and relevant industry requirements.
- Participate in release planning and provide quality assessments before production deployment.
- Mentor, coach, and develop QA engineers and testers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing and quality processes.

✅ Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering.
- Previous experience managing or leading a QA team.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of API testing, database testing, and integration testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software development lifecycle processes.
- Strong knowledge of defect management, root cause analysis, and quality metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
