Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst to develop quantitative models, conduct rigorous research, and translate complex data into actionable insights. The role involves designing and implementing statistical and mathematical models, analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying meaningful patterns and signals, and evaluating the robustness of research findings.

Key responsibilities include developing quantitative strategies and models, conducting statistical and empirical research, performing data analysis and hypothesis testing, designing backtests and performance evaluations, and continuously improving research methodologies. The role also requires close collaboration with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn quantitative ideas into reliable and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.




- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, optimization, and quantitative modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages commonly used for quantitative research.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, and numerical methods.
- Ability to formulate complex problems, develop rigorous hypotheses, and derive data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of research methodology, model validation, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous, evidence-based approach to research.
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to work independently in a quick-paced, research-oriented environment.
