Tweed Day Surgery is looking for a nurse to join our Scrub/Scout or Endoscopy or Anaesthetic teams. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.
As a Registered/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care
- Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensuring patient and staff safety
- Delivering excellent patient care
- Working closely with visiting medical officers
Tweed Day Surgery is a stand-alone facility with 3 operating theatres, specialising in Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Max Facs, General, ENT,
and Pain Management. We're situated on the QLD/NSW border.
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Perioperative nursing experience
- Working with Children Check
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Compliance with ACSQHC National Standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
