About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Ballarat team full-time. This role is suited to someone with previous industrial experience or a solid interest in building their career across automation, installation, fault-finding and maintenance projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Based in Ballarat, you'll be involved in a wide variety of industrial installations, upgrades, automation projects, service work and maintenance activities, both locally and interstate as required.




- You’ll work alongside our experienced Electricians and Engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions for clients across some of Australia's most essential industries.
- Complete industrial installations, project work, service and maintenance activities.
- Fault finding and reactive maintenance.
- Work on automation, control and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Travel to customer sites throughout Australia as required.
- Supporting apprentices and other team members where required.
- Contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- A Grade Victorian Electrical Licence.
- Current manual Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Confidence using Microsoft applications and job management software.
- A strong commitment to safety.

Bonus Points If You Have

- EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant tickets
- Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software
- Experience mentoring apprentices or supporting small teams

What You Need to Know

Plenty of work available - With a large customer base and a strong pipeline of ongoing projects, there are regular opportunities for paid overtime.

Travel opportunities - This role may require travel throughout Australia, allowing you to work on a variety of major industrial projects while earning additional allowances where applicable.

On-call roster - Participation in an on-call roster is required for key customers.
