Dabble is seeking a Head of CRM to lead our global Customer Engagement function and translate strategy into scalable campaigns and CRM solutions across Australia, UK and US. You’ll push Braze capabilities, dive into data, and work with Data, Product and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable lifecycle programs.
As a senior leader, you’ll oversee a team of Customer Engagement Managers, build technical foundations, and drive continuous improvement as we expand to 30 markets by 2030.
