Journey Beyond seeks a General Manager HSE for Experiences & Attractions to lead the HSE function across its marine attractions and guest experiences. The role supports risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, and safety culture across a dispersed team.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HSE within marine/tourism, with knowledge of Australian maritime law, and solid leadership, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Based in Adelaide or Sydney, some travel is expected.
