As our Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in keeping our People Experience team running smoothly and effectively. You'll draw on your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management capabilities to coordinate key activities, support employee programs, manage team administration and help create outstanding experiences for employees, leaders and stakeholders across the business.
This is a 12-month contract, based in our Barangaroo office.
You’ll make impact by:
- Providing proactive administrative and coordination support across the People Experience team, ensuring activities, priorities and communications are delivered efficiently.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, leadership sessions, team events and employee programs from planning through to execution.
- Supporting procurement, travel, budget administration, reporting, document management and team governance activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers, reports and presentations that support effective decision-making and knowledge management.
- Identifying opportunities to improve, simplify or automate team processes and ways of working.
What you’ll bring:
- Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy across reporting, scheduling, documentation and communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience supporting a People, HR, Learning, Corporate Affairs, Legal or Finance team.
- Experience coordinating events, workshops, leadership programs or employee initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR, procurement, finance or learning systems.
