About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our award-winning waterfront restaurant while working closely with our leadership team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during lunch and dinner service.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members.
- Manage staff rosters and labour costs.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety, and venue compliance.
- Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues.
- Drive team performance and create a positive workplace culture.

This role goes beyond restaurant management.

- Event planning and coordination
- Wedding and function sales
- Marketing campaigns and promotions




- Social media planning and content creation
- Building relationships with local businesses and the community
