About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our Shellharbour team. This role manages the full 360° recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and placing candidates in the community services sector. If you have recruitment experience and thrive in a rapid-paced, purpose-driven environment, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract quality candidates through job boards, social media,
referrals and community networks.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, preferences and availability.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to support engagement, retention and job satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to support smooth onboarding and workforce integration.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, manage talent pipelines and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Partner with RTOs, employment services and community organisations to support workforce development.
- Contribute to placement targets while upholding high standards of quality, service and compliance.
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a recruitment role (agency experience highly regarded)
- Client-focused, results-driven and committed to achieving KPIs
- Eager to learn, grow, succeed and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
- Strong administrative and compliance capability with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Confident using recruitment and scheduling software, with an innovative, adaptable approach to improving processes
