We're looking for our next receptionist to join the Soul Care team.
This role is perfect for someone who values health and wellbeing, enjoys connecting with people, and is looking to be part of a warm, supportive and multidimensional clinic. It's an ideal opportunity if you'd love meaningful work and community, without needing it to be your full-time income.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous reception or customer service experience—or can show us how your experience has equipped you to confidently manage bookings, take payments, answer phones and create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Enjoy chatting with people, work well as part of a team, and are equally comfortable using your initiative when working alone.
- Are organised, learn recent systems quickly and can confidently juggle multiple tasks while supporting several practitioners.
- Have some flexibility with your availability. We need someone for one regular afternoon shift each week, with the ability to help cover additional shifts when other team members are on leave.
- Experience and an understanding of Allied Health Care or Medical Service Systems highly desirable.
- Experience with Cliniko, Mailchimp or Canva would be a bonus, but isn't essential
The details:
- Casual position.
- One regular 5.5-hour afternoon shift each week.
- Additional hours available when covering staff leave.
- Immediate start preferred.
