The Opportunity

We are seeking a Casual Recruiter — or someone with strong transferable skills who is eager to learn recruitment — to join our small, high‑trust team. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, meaningful work that fits around life commitments.

You will work from home or the head office and focus primarily on headhunting candidates across various platforms and screening them. You will be provided the tools, guidance, and support to succeed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who:

- Wants a side hustle or part‑time work

- Is returning to the workforce (e.g., parents with school‑aged children)

- Values flexibility in hours, days, and workload

- Enjoys connecting with people and learning new skills

- Is reliable, organised, and comfortable working autonomously

What You’ll Do





- Proactively headhunt candidates across multiple platforms

- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening of candidates

- Assist with job advertising when required

- Maintain organised notes, follow‑ups, and timely communication

- Represent United Talent Group professionally and with care

What You Bring

- Either recruitment experience or transferable skills (customer service, admin, HR, sales, coordination, or similar)

- Strong communication and relationship‑building capability

- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- A genuine interest in learning recruitment or growing your capability
- A professional, warm, and reliable approach

Role Details

- Casual, ad‑hoc position

- Approx. 2–3 days per week to start

- Flexible schedule — work when it suits you, as long as tasks are completed in a timely manner

- Opportunity to grow into a more ongoing or expanded role

- ABN or freelance recruiters will also be considered
