Our client is a rapidly growing business operating across the mining, infrastructure and energy sectors and is looking for a proactive internal Recruitment Advisor to join their team in Belmont.
This is a hands on internal recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and getting out into the market to find the right people — not simply waiting for applications to come through.
The Role:
- Managing end to end recruitment across multiple roles and projects across blue and white collar
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce requirements
- Proactively sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals and your own networks
- Conducting phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and contributing to process improvements
About You:
- Previous experience in agency or internal recruitment
- Proactive recruiter who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
- Experience recruiting within mining, construction, infrastructure,
engineering or industrial environments highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Australian or Recent Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
