We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to take ownership of Talent Acquisition across J&P; Richardson Industries (JPR), part of the global VINCI Energies network.

This is more than a recruitment role.

You'll be the go-to recruitment specialist for the business, partnering with operational leaders to attract and hire talent across a diverse portfolio of trades, engineering, technical, operational and qualified roles.

Beyond recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future workforce through initiatives including our annual Apprentice Recruitment Program, Graduate Program, Work Experience placements, School-Based Pathways and partnerships with training providers, schools, universities and industry bodies.

The Opportunity Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in helping the business build sustainable talent pipelines while influencing how recruitment is delivered across the organisation.

As part of our transition to the UKG HRIS platform,



you'll also help shape and optimise the Recruitment module, ensuring it meets the needs of candidates, hiring leaders and the business into the future.

This is a rare opportunity to combine end-to-end recruitment with strategic workforce initiatives, systems improvement and employer branding projects.

About You

You'll bring experience recruiting across both blue-collar and white-collar environments and thrive in a role that offers autonomy, variety and stakeholder engagement.

Experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, manufacturing, OEM or government environments will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you're passionate about building relationships, creating talent pipelines and delivering recruitment solutions that drive business success.
