The Role
- Full 360 Ownership: Deliver end-to-end recruitment for skilled trades, civil operators, and construction personnel across NSW and national projects.
- Account Retention & BD: Maintain deep engagement with key accounts while actively pursuing current business.
- Targeted Candidate Sourcing: Build resilient candidate pipelines across blue-collar trades and civil disciplines using modern tech, referral networks, and proactive sourcing.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle agency recruitment experience (agency experience required; exposure to civil construction, trades, or industrial recruitment highly regarded).
- Work Ethic & Tenacity: A self-starter who understands that a warm desk still requires daily high-volume effort, proactive candidate management, and negotiation skills.
- Location: Based on the Central Coast or actively planning a relocation from Sydney to enjoy a better work-life balance without sacrificing career development.
- Skills: Excellent communication, recruitment tech fluency, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
